All purchases will be shipped within 3-7 business days. If an item is out of stock you will be notified by email. At that time you may choose to cancel your order or OK shipping on the day we recieve your item in our store. ALL RETURNS must be new and resaleable. A 15% re-stocking fee applies to all returns. You must write to: customerservice@leathercentral.net to obtain a RMA # or your return might not be credited back to the proper account. A copy of your original order must accompany all returns.
